Yesterday me and my classmates finished hanging up our show. After seeing it being done by the other years, it was a surreal experience to be the ones in their position, and now it’s done! Three years of work culminating in two days of banging, hammering, nails, drills, spirit measures, tape.
Our Brighton studio show will be open on the 1st of June to the public, come sea, come see!

I made an abstract comic for the new online Eyra exhibition ‘Long Form’ which you can check out now. There’s a great bunch of artists on there!
The great Mr Andy J. Miller over at Art Directions asked me some questions and I answered them. His blog is full of great creative advice that you should go check it out!

My cover design for Wind in the Willows. I didn’t really know what to with the text, so stayed pretty safe. It’s not a very traditional cover, but I wanted to show the stranger, mystical side of the story and have fun warping the usual depiction of the characters.

You can say a lot with eyes. I mean, the mouth does the talking but the eyes tell the story. They don’t call them the windows to the soul for nothing y’know. But don’t worry, we aren’t looking so far as the soul in this story. We have a much shorter journey to make, to where all good stories start - at the beginning…
The first page of a new venture…a few niggles here and there but I want to keep going with this idea!
